Write an easily comprehensable string to request a song to be played
on Epideme's Palace Shoutcast Radio.
The Palace will choose a song from your criteria and the requests will be inserted
in the playlist every 15 minutes. If you send a request at 10:01 the song will be
broadcasted between 10:15 and 10:30 if everything fits in the current schedule.
A maximum of 3 requests every 15 minutes will be accepted to avoid most cases of
over-scheduled playlists. In worst case your request will be discarded.
